I have been searching quite sometime for someone to repair my skylights. I was either given outrageous quotes or was told it wasn’t a job they wanted to do. I was referred to Metro Detroit Window Repair through another contractor I was working with. I couldn’t have been happier with the results. Jet was very efficient, punctual and polite. They cleaned up well after themselves and did an amazing job with the installation. I highly recommend this company.

Everyone at Metro Detroit Window Repair did a great job. I had a set of old patio glass doors replaced. It wasn’t an easy job due to the age of the original doors, but they handled every difficulty and the final results were fantastic. Jay the boss was great to work with and really knows his stuff. From my original call for a quote to job completion only took a few days and I thought their price was very reasonable. All in all a great job professionally done.

I had a number of wood windows that were in need of repair. Their team came in and did a great job of replacing the glass, repairing and painting the windows. Did the job in little over a day. They were very professional and cooperative, and I was comfortable having them in my home. Very pleased overall.

I used Metro Detroit Window a few years back to repair some of my wood windows that had bad sills. Jay was great, the company was everything I hoped for. They were professional, prompt, experienced and polite. Everything was explained to me on what needed to be done and I was given some options. Could not have asked for better service. It was no wonder I called them when, as a realtor, I had a condo listed and pending that needed all the windows repaired before we could close. Jett, an experienced employee of the company came out b to.my listing to examine and measure the windows. Simply told, he was wonderful! Communication was great, he called when he had to make an additional stop before commit to my listing to tell me he was running a little late. So was I and we laughed a little about that. They knew I needed the work done quickly and within a few days they were out and completed the job in record time. They are my "go to" windows repair place and I highly recommend them!

I would highly recommend Metro Detroit Window Repair to anyone.

I called Jay on a Saturday with a window malfunction. The top pane of the window came out of the tracks and was completely off the window. He came out the same day, after his other appointments, and fixed the problem. Thanks, Jay.
